Pausing during live TV
Press pause during a live broadcast. The app remembers where you were, and when you press play you carry on from that moment. You are then a little behind the broadcast, which you can catch up by fast-forwarding.
Restarting a programme
If you switch on when a programme has been running for twenty minutes, choose restart or start over in the menu. The programme begins at its first minute while the live broadcast simply continues.
When it helps
For a match you could not see from kick-off, a movie that had already started or the news when you just got in. You no longer have to plan your evening around the TV guide.
What you need
An app that supports it, such as TiviMate, and a channel with catch-up. At Bester IPTV that applies to the major Dutch channels and many sports channels.
